This 1FO fiber optic flat drop cable uses a 900 μm tight-buffered fiber, aramid yarn and two parallel FRP strength members to provide a compact, installation-friendly cable for access, feeder and distribution networks.

The 8.0 × 4.0 mm black cable is designed for pipe and overhead routing. PVC or LSZH inner jacket options, a PE outer sheath, fiber selection, connectorization and reel packing can be supplied according to project requirements.

Description

1 Fiber Flat Drop Cable for Access and Distribution Networks

The GYFXJBY 1 fiber flat drop cable combines a 900 μm tight-buffered optical fiber with aramid yarn and two parallel glass-fiber-reinforced plastic strength members. The flat 8.0 × 4.0 mm construction provides high tensile performance while remaining lightweight and practical for routing through pipes or along overhead access-network paths.

A PVC or LSZH inner jacket protects the tight-buffered fiber and aramid reinforcement, while the black polyethylene outer sheath provides the final cable protection. The structure is suitable for backbone, feeder, distribution and subscriber-access connections where a compact single-fiber cable is required.
